Beer and Oysters In the South Sound at The Fish Brewing in Olympia with Taylor Shellfish Farms in Shelton, and Grove Street Brewery in Shelton. This Maritime tour is a celebration of the local breweries and local shellfish that thrive along the beautiful coastline of the South Puget Sound.
The day will start at Fish Brewing for an educational tour based on the crafting of local beer and a sampling of the 12 different beers on tap along with 3 hard ciders.
Our afternoon will conclude at Grove Street Brewhouse where you will have the opportunity to sample 7 varieties of fresh artisan beer and pair these beers with the legendary varieties of fresh raw oysters grown and raised on the Puget Sound by Taylor Shellfish Farms. A raw oyster bar, a full sampler of crafted beer and warm bread bowl of house made clam chowder will bring satiety to the end of your tour experience.
