What does C&D mean? I hope there are some photos inside the store so that we can view if it has a good ambiance.

i live in dresden ohio. my wife and i drink c& d coffee when ever we are given the chance. is there a way we can purchase this coffee. we can only get it from a gas station in a neighboring town

Living in Ohio will make it next to impossable to enjoy my espresso. I am located in Olympia, Washington. There must be a coffee with a simular name as mine. I am an espresso cafe not supplier.
