Here is a brief round-up of things that are happening this weekend and beyond in Downtown Olympia.

Tomorrow, Sunday is of course the Capital City Marathon starting at Sylvester Park and winding its way through the neighborhoods. If you’re not running yourself cheer the courageous runners on yourself and be mindful when travelling, since some of the roads will be blocked off.

If you want a different kind of workout join Daniel Furrer and gang for their monthly Sunday Sweep.

Often we meet people and talk with neighbors and friends about the future of Olympia and it’s potential. Well if you want to be part of this future-making, join the City on Monday at the ground-breaking ceremony for the new City Hall. And later this week will be the East Bay Open House where you can get a glimpse on what’s happening with the East Bay Development, meet the developer and ask questions.

On Friday Morning is our regular Downtown Together meeting at 8am at the MIXX96 conference room next to einmaleins.
