(Those aren’t exactly minutes! Just happy memories ;-)

Most importantly, we switched the meeting day from Friday to Thursday.

So we’re meeting now every Thursday at Noon at the MIXX 96 conference room.

The loose roadmap of those meetings are as followed:

+ Target an event where we can invite all stakeholders to participate in the brainstorming.

+ Gather all new ideas, all old ideas, all opinions are welcome.

+ Introduce the idea of the charette at the meeting and work towards one.

Other things we talked about:

Alley improvement and Downtown Clean Ups.

Concern and sensitivity to anything and anyone that has interested and previous experience in downtown visioning. We want to include anyone’s ideas and are not exclusive!

Potential date and place for the big event for the stakeholder meeting:

Tuesday September 30th 2008 - Fall Arts Walk week. Potential meeting place: Sylvester Park.
